Iceland is a really interesting place to visit as parts of it make you feel like you could be on a completely different planet.
Of all the places I’ve traveled to I don’t think any compare in terms of untouched beauty and amazing scenery.
In the image above (taken by my friend Alec) we enjoyed an evening of northern lights unlike anything I’ve seen, and this wasn’t the first time I had witnessed them.
After visiting Reykjavik for a day, we decided to venture further inland and visit some towns in the area.

Probably my favorite part of the entire trip was our visit to the hot pools! I could soak all day.
We went to The Blue Lagoon, a natural geothermal spa that remains at 36° degrees Celsius year round.
